Bon Appétit

I wouldn't say that I'm known for my skills in the kitchen, but I'm working on it.  And I can make a pretty mean salad.  Just ask T.  My favorite is what I refer to as the "everything but the kitchen sink" salad.  

Have some strawberries that need to be eaten?  Add them.  Blueberries?  Sure.  Goat cheese?  Absolutely.  Watermelon?  Why not.  

My salad on Monday night consisted of these "ingredients" and a few more. 


Green leaf lettuce
Lite lime dressing
Tomato 
Cheese - goat and cubed
Strawberries
Blueberries
Watermelon
Tortilla strips
